I am an Interior Designer by profession with over 15 years of experience in the design industry. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces while helping clients bring their vision to life. Alongside my professional journey, painting has always been a cherished hobby and creative outlet. My love for art inspires my designs and allows me to explore creativity beyond interiors.

For me, every brushstroke tells a story, and every artwork is an opportunity to learn, create, and inspire. “Design creates spaces we live in, while art creates emotions we carry within us.” For me, painting is more than a hobby—it is a way of seeing the world, celebrating its beauty, and connecting with people through creativity. Every artwork carries a story, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share those stories through my art.

I am Aparna Goyal, a contemporary artist based in Seven Hills, Western Sydney. I specialise in acrylic, watercolours and mixed media. Born in India, I discovered a passion for art and nature very early on, observing my mother who is an artist as well. Later I studied architecture and landscape architecture, and I started incorporating both art and nature while designing built environments, parks, gardens, playspaces and open spaces.

Under the moniker Art Alchemy, my work explores the intersection of various mediums and techniques to evoke deep emotional connections. Whether through paintings or handcrafted boxes, my process is a fearless exploration of colour, texture and light. Each piece serves as a portal, inviting the viewer to pause and rediscover the beauty in life’s smallest wonders. Through this work, I aim to bridge the gap between nature’s raw inspiration and the viewer’s personal reflection.

I am Hiranmai Varanasi. I live in Sydney. I am a self taught artist. I am interested in making Madhubani and Mandala artwork.

I am a graphic designer and my experience in creating handmade indian folk art pieces helps me do well in my profession as well. In the upcoming exhibition arranged by ART AT SAF, I am including some of my Mahubani and Mandala art pieces.

I am Anushree Deshpande from Sydney, Australia. I am a Control Systems Engineer and OT Cybersecurity specialist by profession. By day, I navigate the structured, invisible currents of data and cybersecurity, protecting the critical infrastructure that keeps our world moving. By night, and in the quiet spaces between being a mother to two beautiful kids, I surrender to a different kind of flow.

I’m incredibly proud to share two pieces that explore the movement of water from two completely different perspectives. The first, Abyssal Glow, dives into the darkest, uncharted trenches of the ocean to capture the hidden energy of bioluminescence. The second, Coastal Drift, brings us back to the surface, using vibrant turquoises and metallic gold to capture the rhythmic harmony of our stunning Australian coastline from above. 

My name is Donna Martin, I was born in Port Moresby – Papua New Guinea I am 62 years young, my father was an Australian and my mother a local woman from Central Province. As a child from the age of 9 to 17 years, I went to a boarding school in Adelaide, South Australia, for 9 years, being lucky enough to have 2 overseas holidays a year. I have lived in Australia for over 30 years and currently live in Nymboida, NSW, 45 ks out of Grafton.

I work for TAFE NSW Grafton, having been with the company for 5 years, no I am not a teacher, started as a Customer Service and now am an Education Administration Support person. When not working, I am a Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade member – enjoying all the 6 years I have been involved with my local brigade – after working with NSW RFS as a Runner, I became a member in 2020 after the devastating 2019 fires that came through the Village of Nymboida and surrounding areas.

Being a full-time landscape architect & urban designer, my creative ideas come to life through working on a computer for the majority of my day. Whilst this is what I love to do, it does get draining and one tends to lose touch with doing actual work by hand. 

Producing handmade pottery has become a way of expressing myself, with my work being a reflection of who I am, clear and simple. Clay has taught me a lot of patience and the ability to accept failure, thus I always say, ‘Clay keeps you humble’.

I work from my home studio to create functional but unique everyday products that my family and friends would love to use. So, the pieces I present are exactly that, handmade ‘with love’.
